I appreciate the time spent on truly diagnosing what the problems are affecting my vehicle. Ron, Emalee, and the Catt Auto Care team are professional and honest. They will always let you know what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. I’ve never been upsold on anything not necessary. I know Ron gets a lot of customers simply due to recommendations by other happy customers. My whole family’s vehicles are maintained by Catt Automotive and we always recommend him to others.

Just had my 1995 Toyota 4-Runner,in for some repair work, Extremely impressed with this shop. Started with Emalee who runs the office, extremely nice and knowledgeable!!! Then Ron and his team, The 4-runner runs like a 2020 right off theToyota Dealers lot… CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!

Appreciate all the help. Great getting in on short notice.Very professional. Had a lot of places to go on the day I had car unexpectedly serviced. Catt Automotive worked me into their packed schedule and got me on the way…..no worries, no hassle.

They always get me in right away, and readily complete the work. They do the service in steps to fault isolate the issue in an effort to keep costs down, rather than saying you need everything replaced before they even start. I like the way they send photos as they work, so you can see the problem, and the repair. Too many times other shops have charged me for a repair, to find out they never really did it. I feel confident in the service I get at Ron Catt. My car is 25 years old, and runs like new.

The brake pads were replaced by another outside Lexus shop before starting service with Ron Catt Auto Care. Ron Catt inspected the brake pads and gave an honest appraisal of my problem.

The last shop I was at, (Choice tires) told me I needed a battery, brakes and tires after I told them just to change the oil and rotate the tires only.
The next day. I had the battery tested at Auto Zone, (came back fine) picked up a set of brake pads, pulled off a wheel and the pads were so good I put the old set back in. Tires still had plenty of meat on them. (Liars)
Save yourself the grief of getting oversold on unnecessary repairs from other repair shops and take your car to these guys. Their customer service here is 2nd to none. I had an electrical issue with my 2007 Ford Ranger that had me baffled. They tirelessly worked on it calling me and checking in with me, letting me know the progress they were having and they solved the issue that had been going on for weeks. From now on, I will never go anywhere else. Ron Catt Auto Care is the BEST!!!

This is my new go-to spot to take my car! They’re quick and extremely good at communication! Savvy was so friendly and kept me updated on the things that they were finding on my car that I didn’t know about. They even sent me photographs of the problems so I knew they weren’t just trying to get money out of me like the dealership. I’m very impressed with the customer service at this place and will definitely recommend it to my friends when they need a place to go! Also, I love that it’s a local owned shop!

I cannot express how much I appreciate Ron and his team! I had tons of issues with my car and needed to be able to pass Smog. Ron went up and beyond the call of duty! He helped me get everything fixed, for a reasonable price. At one point my catalytic converter came back needing to be repaired, Ron researched and found that that part was still under warranty with the dealer, he called the dealer to confirm it and provided me all the info to the dealer so I could have it fixed for free. I think there are plenty of mechanics who would have just charged me for the work rather than helping me out. That honesty will always bring me back to Ron and his team.

I brought in my 1967 Cadillac El Dorado, the exterior and interior of this car is amazing. However it needed work. Ron is honest and up front. His team gave the car a thorough inspection , took pictures of the issues, gave a list an an estimate. Very thorough to say the least. I couldn’t cover it all so asked what absolutely needs to be done within my budget, no problem. He worked within my budget and what I got back was top notch amazing work. I want to highlight my dual exhaust which looks and sounds amazing, Chrome tips! What! Ron is not the cheapest but the best. It’s true you get what you pay for. Every penny spent was worth it! Thank you Ron and Team! Team was amazing. Amazing customer service amazing mechanics, do I need to say more?
